My baby girl is one month old! I can hardly believe time is going by so quickly. I will be back to work in less than three weeks! I am planning to work only a couple days a week in November, so that will be a nice transition.
Lucy is:
-Eating like crazy. Can you tell from the photo above?
-Sleeping a little better at night. Mom is still a little crazy and likes to have insomnia.
-Holding her head up better! She is still a bit of a bobble head, but getting stronger.
-Starting to babble a little. Baby talk is so cute.
-Not bothered by tummy time anymore. In fact, she will even go to sleep this way if we let her.
-Getting lots of comments from strangers about how BIG she is. Hope this doesn't continue into childhood, because seriously, who wants to hear that?
-A Pro at eye contact. Her favorite thing is look at faces. I guess that's pretty textbook for a one month old. Her Dad and I are big fans of this development.
Here are a few "outtakes" from our photography session. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to photograph a moving infant? Especially when the light source is constantly changing? (Sun coming out from behind the clouds.) Yes it's tough. But she is still cute in all these photos.
