This is an impromptu UNPLUG prompt for this month - around the fire. With the longer days and warmer weather, everyone in Seattle has been itching to get outside. I've been stuck inside working long shifts so I was super excited when Joe offered to make a fire and have some friends over after work!
We sat outside under the stars, looked at the night sky, had a real conversation and drank hot cocoa. I love the smell of campfire smoke - it's reminiscent of camping trips and summer vacation. I can't imagine a better way to spend an evening after work. And now I can't wait to go camping!!
