Now that all my craft and scrapbook stuff is packed, along with all my kitchen gadgets, we've had to get creative with our cooking. I'm loving finding new recipes on Pinterest and around the web that I can adapt and make my own. One of my favorites so far is this amazing burger recipe we tried last week. Instead of having to use those old dried bread crumbs, these burgers were amazingly juicy. A definite do again!
Ingredients:
(makes 5 large patties)
2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped finely
1/2-3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
A dash or two of salt and pepper
1: Preheat your grill to high.
2: Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
3: Grill each side for about 5 minutes.
4: Add your favorite buns and condiments, and enjoy!!
I hope you love these fabulous burgers as much as we do!
